All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Carefully place the handmade items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps and designer tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

Ship to Our Studio

Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our artisans inspect the returned pieces, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
